As we’ve grown, we’ve received a lot of questions regarding policies and such so we're taking an opportunity to catch everyone up!
RESCHEDULING
Consistency is the stuff that progress is made of! For this reason, we respectfully ask all our students and families to work with us to reschedule whenever possible and treat cancellation as a last resort.
If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible and at least 48hrs before your lesson. Rescheduled lessons must be within one week of the originally scheduled lesson. This helps us tremendously in keeping all of our students on track toward their goals and avoiding any scheduling conflicts.
Two ways to reschedule:
1. Contact us and we’ll send you a link to a calendar with all of our availability so you can choose a convenient time.
2. Click the “RESCHEDULE” button in the initial confirmation email for your lesson (which is linked to the same calendar!).

YOUR ACCOUNT & BILLING
In your initial purchase with us, you were prompted to provide an email address (and for some, a password) in order to create an account. Your account is where you can check how many lessons you have left in your current billing cycle, your next billing date, update your billing information and payment method, cancel your subscription, and update your contact information.
